The company pursues the following purposes: the acquisition, holding, sale and management of participations in the field of industry and finance, in Switzerland and abroad; the acquisition, holding, sale and management of participations in the field of real estate, as well as any real estate transaction directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, exclusively abroad. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial, securities or other transactions directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose, in Switzerland and abroad. The real estate transactions that the company is authorized to carry out in Switzerland may only concern commercial properties falling within the scope of a permanent establishment according to the LFAIE, excluding any transaction prohibited by this law. Furthermore, the company may conclude all contracts suitable for developing and expanding its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto. It may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire companies with an identical or similar purpose, or merge with such companies, excluding any company with a real estate purpose or real estate activities in Switzerland. The company may also grant or request loans to its shareholders, subsidiaries or related parties.
