The company's purpose is to engage in all activities related to the organization and management of travel and adventure projects in Switzerland and abroad, as well as all activities related to professional training and personal development in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also: carry out all real estate transactions in Switzerland and abroad, except for any operation subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); carry out, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts that are likely to develop its purpose or relate directly or indirectly to it; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; take an interest, in any form, in all similar companies; and grant loans to associates or third parties.
