The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all commercial, financial, securities or real estate transactions (with the exception of transactions prohibited by the LFAIE) directly or indirectly related to its main purpose. It may also establish and set up branches or found subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee or secure loans granted by third parties to its direct or indirect shareholders and to its direct or indirect subsidiaries.
