The company may be responsible for the administration and logistics of any activity or business related to the aforementioned fields, including investments in new technologies related to the field of security or safety; in specific know-how through legal entities and/or individuals; software publishing or any electronic means having at least one aspect of material or immaterial asset prevention. The company may engage in communication, advertising, press relations, book publishing, articles or any document on any material or immaterial medium, software publishing and electronic or paper information dissemination. The company may operate in Switzerland and worldwide, directly or indirectly, on its own account or on behalf of third parties. It may acquire, manufacture, rent or sublet, operate and sell any property, establishment, machine, equipment it deems necessary or useful for the realization of its social purpose and carry out all related activities that may promote the social purpose. In general, the company may engage in all financial, commercial or industrial activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, participate in all enterprises having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose and grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it promotes its interests.
