It may purchase and own real estate; for real estate in Switzerland exclusively in accordance with Art. 2 II lit. a LAFE (permanent establishment for company activities); always in relation to this purpose, it may, if necessary and if required by the authorities and/or LAFE regulations, sell real estate.
