The company may establish branches, participate in other companies in Switzerland and abroad, acquire or merge with similar or related companies, acquire or sell plots of land (in Switzerland, excluding transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad) and enter into all transactions and conclude contracts that are suitable for promoting the purpose of the company or are directly or indirectly related to it.
