On the African continent and beyond, support for public policies on local development; combating all forms of exclusion of people in difficulty, minorities and populations with specific needs, in particular the disabled, children, the elderly, long-term unemployed and single mothers; providing its members with essential local services to improve their living conditions in the areas of education, training, housing and health; creating reception structures for all disadvantaged people, in particular orphans, and implementing all necessary nutritional, health, preventive and educational programs for the perfect integration of such disadvantaged people; organizing international assistance to collect and provide clothing, materials and medicines to these disadvantaged people.
