The purpose of the company is: trade in machines, equipment, materials, accessories, consumables required for the construction of a textile factory; consulting services; EPC service. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad, set up subsidiaries, participate in other companies and acquire, hold, manage, encumber, exploit and sell real estate and intellectual property rights, and furthermore carry out all legal transactions that may be connected with the purpose of the company. The company may grant loans and other direct or indirect financing to its direct and indirect subsidiaries and third parties, including its direct and indirect shareholders and the direct and indirect subsidiaries of these shareholders, in particular within the framework of cash pooling agreements, and provide security for the obligations of these parties, also by pledging or transferring assets of the company in trust, or by guarantees of any kind, regardless of whether they are remunerated or not.
