African Transformation Group

The purpose of the association, a non-profit organization, is to promote Africa's development opportunities, bring investment opportunities to the continent, present and facilitate cooperation between investors and African entrepreneurs, and offer networking opportunities to people interested in Africa. The association can also accept donations from third parties and act as a trustee to pursue its purpose. The association can take necessary and suitable measures to achieve the aforementioned purpose, plan and implement initiatives, and participate in initiatives of other organizations, financially or otherwise, or support other organizations or individuals financially or otherwise, as long as all these activities serve the purpose of the association. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and is not profit-oriented.
