The purpose of the company is: import, export, transport and logistics, trade and distribution of all products, in particular food and beverages, from Cameroon and elsewhere; transportation of people and rental of all types of vehicles. The company may also: carry out any financial, commercial, industrial, movable or immovable activity, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, except for all operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners; create branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland or abroad; participate in all companies having a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose, acquire or found them; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if it serves its interests.
