The company's purpose includes all activities in the field of commerce; all operations and activities in the real estate sector to the extent permitted by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE), namely in particular the construction, purchase, sale, leasing and promotion of real estate, real estate brokerage, and real estate financing advice. The company may also: carry out, for its own account or for the account of third parties, all commercial, financial or industrial operations, and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose or directly or indirectly related thereto; acquire all real estate for the purpose of establishing a permanent establishment, alienate them and encumber them with all real estate security interests; create branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; and have an interest, in any form, in all similar enterprises.
