The company's purpose is the trade and industry of wood in all its forms as well as all other products, derivatives or raw materials that can be used in the wood industry; all commercial, industrial, financial, movable or immovable operations related to the main object, the acquisition of participations in other companies; the acquisition and sale of real estate abroad and their management, in particular in the form of rental. The company may also: carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, the latter to the extent that they are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE); take participations in other companies; in general, carry out all operations having a direct or indirect relationship with the company's purpose in Switzerland and abroad.
