The company's purpose is the purchase, maintenance, use and sale of agricultural equipment, machines and instruments, as well as real estate, excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE. It may carry out all commercial, industrial and real estate transactions and conclude all contracts suitable for developing its purpose. It may also create branches, take participations in other companies or mandate subcontractors. It may grant loans to its associates or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its associates or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim.
