The operation of any agricultural, (and/or) viticultural, (and/or) horticultural domain, as well as all activities related to this purpose in accordance with the Federal Law on Rural Land Rights of October 4, 1991 (LDFR); the purchase, sale, trading, development, creation, production, distribution, import, export and marketing of all products in the fields of agriculture, (and/or) viticulture, (and/or) horticulture. The company may carry out, in compliance with the LDFR, all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable operations in Switzerland and abroad, directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company may also grant loans to its shareholders and/or guarantee, secure or co-sign loans granted by third parties to its shareholders, in compliance with the LDFR.
