The trade of agricultural products, in particular hay and straw, the production of round bales for own account or for third parties, breeding, sale and transport of livestock, as well as any other related activities, including the assumption of mandates and representations in these contexts, as well as the promotion, coordination and development of the aforementioned activities. The company may also: carry out all commercial and financial operations deemed necessary or useful functionally connected with the company's purpose; acquire directly or indirectly interests and participations in other companies or commercial, financial and service enterprises in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose or in other sectors; establish branches and/or subsidiaries in Switzerland and/or abroad.
