The company's purpose is to develop, build, finance and operate infrastructure projects in the field of renewable energy production and storage, in particular solar energy. It also provides services in the field of renewable energy. The Company may, in Switzerland or abroad: (i) carry out any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable (excluding operations subject to authorization under the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners), and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; (ii) establish branches or subsidiaries; (iii) participate in all companies that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; (iv) grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies or third parties, if this serves its interests.
