The company's purpose is to acquire and manage participations in all enterprises, in particular the acquisition, holding and disposal of participations in other companies or commercial, industrial, financial or real estate companies in Switzerland or abroad, directly or indirectly, in its own name and on its own account, excluding all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), as well as the financing of affiliated companies (for full purpose see articles of association).
