It may also: engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity, whether movable or immovable, that is directly or indirectly related to its purpose; establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad; participate in all companies that have a direct or indirect connection to its purpose; grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this serves the interests of the company.
