To this end, it can acquire properties and building rights, have plots of land built on and adapt them. Maintenance and improvement are carried out in an ecological and user-friendly manner. The cooperative's activity is not profit-driven. It strives to offer housing to all sections of the population, especially low-income families and individuals. A self-managed housing community is sought and supported wherever possible.
