The company's purpose is: a) all management and consulting activities in financial matters, in particular in the field of Private Equity (non-listed companies); all management and consulting activities in corporate management, including the purchase and sale of companies, as well as the execution of all work within the scope of a fiduciary's activities - with the exception of activities subject to FINMA authorization; b) as an ancillary activity, the execution of all commercial and financial transactions directly or indirectly related to the above purpose, as well as the acquisition of interests in all Swiss or foreign companies pursuing identical or similar purposes, with the exception of activities prohibited by the LFAIE. The company may conduct its activities both abroad and in Switzerland and establish branches. The company may also grant loans and/or guarantees, in any form, to its associates or third parties.
