It may, in direct or indirect connection with its purpose, carry out all financial, commercial and real estate transactions, participate in all enterprises or activities in Switzerland and abroad, establish branches or subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad, and grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its purpose.
