The company's purpose is: all real estate operations, including construction, acquisition, sale, leasing, conversion, renovation, administrative management, brokerage, operation and enhancement of real estate and personal property, as well as real estate promotion and any direct or indirect real estate investment. All operations prohibited by the applicable legislation, notably the LFAIE, are excluded. It may also, either for its own account or for the account of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, personal property or real estate operations directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and participate, in any form, in all similar enterprises, notably by taking stakes in similar enterprises. The company may also establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
