The main purpose of the association is to contribute to international understanding and support its members in their personal development. The association connects its members beyond culture, race, gender, nationality, religion, economic system and industry, hierarchy or generation. The association is international, non-political, independent and non-profit. The philosophy of the association is based on the same principles as those of AIESEC (Association Internationale des Étudiants en Sciences Économiques et Commerciales), but has inherent goals that differ from those of AIESEC. Since the association is based on non-commercial relationships, its activities are based on trust and personal understanding. This will serve to achieve the goals of the association and each individual member. To this end, the members of the association commit to creating opportunities for continuous, close and cordial relationships between members, helping other members to develop their professional skills and broaden their cultural horizons, and maintaining cooperative relationships with AIESEC.
