The company's purpose is: a) to operate a garage, a mechanical workshop and an automobile repair service; b) to buy, sell, import, export, repair and market in general all types of automobiles of any brand; c) to buy, sell, import, export and market in general all products, of any nature, related to the automotive industry and repair; d) all commercial and financial operations (except those resulting from the mandate of financial intermediary within the meaning of Article 2, paragraph 3 of the Federal Act on Combating Money Laundering in the Financial Sector (LBA)), whether movable or immovable, except for operations prohibited by the LFAIE, directly or indirectly related to the purposes described above and intended to promote its social interests; e) to take part in all Swiss or foreign companies with identical or similar purposes, as well as to create branches; f) to grant loans or advances to its associates or third parties, to guarantee loans subscribed by associates or third parties, to secure such loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or other securities, as well as to subscribe to any other financial commitment.
