The company's purpose is to engage in holding activities, namely the acquisition, management, holding, purchase and sale of participations in Swiss and/or foreign companies, as well as the financing of such companies. In general, the company may also carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose and that promote its development, including the acquisition of participations in other companies.
