The company's purpose is the operation of tourist accommodations, the organization of events, the purchase, sale, and marketing of consumer products and services, as well as all services directly or indirectly related to its purpose. The company may also carry out, both in Switzerland and abroad, all commercial, financial, movable or immovable operations, with the exception of operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Persons Abroad (LFAIE); participate in all enterprises pursuing an identical, analogous or related purpose; create branches or subsidiaries, acquire or transfer shares, merge with other companies, as well as grant loans or guarantees to shareholders or third parties, if this promotes its interests.
