This includes, in particular: the organization and execution of cross-border transports as well as import and export services on behalf of customers based in Switzerland, Europe, or other EFTA states, acting as a receiving agent and clearing agent for shipments from overseas to Switzerland and adjacent markets, taking over operational and coordinating tasks within global transport networks, servicing and acquiring business customers in Switzerland and Europe, or other EFTA states; the use of modern, AI-supported software solutions (in particular the company-internally developed "Janus platform") to automate manual processes, increase efficiency, and enable digital, location-independent customer services and scalable team structures.
