It may provide all ancillary services to companies or entities of the same group, including shareholders of the company, and in particular in the form of guarantees, loans, deposits and transfers, as well as the granting of guarantees and securities. Furthermore, the company may grant loans or any other form of financing directly or indirectly to companies of the same group, as well as provide securities of any kind, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies of the same group, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities of all kinds, whether in the interest of shareholders or other companies of the group or gratuitously. It may carry out all commercial and financial transactions, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, in direct or indirect relation to the company's purpose.
