The Company's purpose is the manufacture, sale and distribution of prepared meals and beverages, the operation and management of cafes, restaurants, bars, canteens, beverage outlets and other public establishments, as well as all other similar businesses, such as take-out sales, catering services, subcontracting of catering services, delivery services and all service activities in the field of catering. The Company may, in particular and without limitation, in Switzerland and/or abroad: 1. engage in any financial, commercial or industrial activity and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it; 2. establish branches or subsidiaries; 3. participate in all enterprises that have a direct or indirect relationship with its purpose; 4. file, acquire, hold and sell patents or all intellectual property rights and acquire, hold and grant licenses; 5. grant (i) loans and/or any other form of financing and/or (ii) guarantees and/or any other form of security to one or more associates, companies of the same group and/or third parties for their direct or indirect benefit, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or other securities on the Company's assets.
