The company's purpose is to acquire participations, as authorized by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE), in any form, in all Swiss companies, excluding operations involving residential real estate in Switzerland, Morocco or abroad, as well as the management, control and development of these participations. The company may also acquire all types of securities and rights through participation, contribution, subscription, firm commitment or option to purchase, and in any other manner. Additionally, the company may acquire patents and licenses, manage and develop them, borrow with or without guarantee and in all currencies, through the issuance of bonds, and grant loans or guarantees to companies in which it has an interest. Furthermore, the company may carry out all operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose, including real estate brokerage, or that may facilitate its realization. The company is also authorized to manage any activity related to the trade or e-commerce of foodstuffs and, more generally, raw materials and precious metals. The company will not directly engage in industrial activities and will not operate any commercial establishment open to the public. However, the company may participate in the creation and development of any financial, industrial or commercial enterprise and provide them with all necessary assistance, whether through loans, guarantees or otherwise. In general, the company may take all necessary control and surveillance measures it deems useful for the accomplishment or development of its purpose, while remaining within the limits set by the laws in force concerning holding companies.
