The company's purpose is to operate an engineering office. In particular, it may engage in all activities related to the energy transition, carry out all studies and implementation of electrical installations of all kinds, project management, consulting and auditing, execution of works and subcontracting mandates. The company may, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable transactions directly or indirectly related to its purpose, with the exception of transactions subject to the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners. Finally, the company may establish branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad.
