The company's purpose is to provide management consulting and similar services, to acquire, manage, hold and sell participations in companies in Switzerland and abroad in the sense of a holding company, including real estate participations, as well as to finance such companies. The company may, in addition, carry out all financial, commercial, industrial, movable and immovable property transactions in Switzerland and abroad, on its own account or on behalf of third parties, which are directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may also participate in other companies and establish subsidiaries or branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans taken out by its managers or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage bonds or by entering into other financial obligations, pledge its assets and guarantee any claim.
