The company's purpose is to manage all real estate matters, namely the purchase, sale, transformation, and renovation of all real estate properties on behalf of third parties or its own account, and all operations related to this field of activity, including the promotion and construction of buildings, as well as all advice and real estate management, brokerage in the real estate sector, and the acquisition, holding, management, administration, and sale of participations in all companies pursuing a commercial or financial activity in Switzerland or abroad, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). The company may: in general, carry out all activities and operations, commercial and financial, movable and immovable, in direct or indirect relation to its corporate purpose or apt to favor it, as well as take participations in all commercial companies having a direct or indirect relation to its purpose, excluding operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE); establish branches and create subsidiaries, both in Switzerland and abroad; grant loans or guarantees to associates or third parties, if this favors its interests.
