The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions in Switzerland and abroad, in particular the purchase, sale, rental, promotion, brokerage, management and operation of all real estate, as well as all services and advice in the real estate sector, with the exception of all operations prohibited by the Federal Act on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (LFAIE). As a secondary purpose, it may: participate in all companies and carry out all movable, immovable, financial and commercial transactions directly or indirectly related to the realization of its purpose; grant loans to its shareholders and third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other commitment, if it serves its interests; establish branches in Switzerland or abroad.
