a. the purchase, sale, import, export, representation, commissioning or de-commissioning of food products, all raw materials for food, as well as goods and manufactured or non-manufactured products and articles of all kinds and origins; b. to provide all services and advice in the field of administrative and accounting management, family office-type activities and services, including the management of all legal structures, commercial, financial, legal, real estate and tax services and advice. The company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, industrial and real estate transactions, directly or indirectly related to its main purpose.
