All commercial and agro-industrial activities for its own account or for the account of third parties, in Switzerland or abroad, in particular the purchase, import, export, processing, storage, transfer, sale and distribution of all agricultural raw materials and their manufactured or non-manufactured derivative products; all service activities for the benefit of companies in its group or third parties, as well as all investments, purchase and/or sale, construction, rental and management of agro-industrial assets; all activities related to the acquisition, development, management and exploitation of trademarks and all intellectual property rights, as well as the granting of licenses on such rights (to third parties and/or affiliated companies). The Company may carry out, either on its own account or on behalf of third parties, all financial, commercial, movable, immovable or transport operations directly or indirectly related to the main purpose. The Company may grant loans or any other form of financing to companies in the same group, as well as provide any kind of security, in particular in the form of guarantees, pledges or securities on the Company's assets, for the direct or indirect benefit of companies in the same group or third parties. Furthermore, the Company may carry out the acquisition, management and sale of participations.
