The activities of exporting and trading in any nature, notably the trade of cereals, seeds, and other agricultural products, as well as the corresponding logistics and investment activities. The Company may also hold shares in companies of any nature in Switzerland and abroad, regarding shares related to real estate companies based in Switzerland, they will be limited to real estate companies whose properties are exclusively for commercial use; establish such companies, acquire them, or merge with them. It can acquire, manage, encumber, and alienate commercial real estate or intellectual property rights in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may establish branches or agencies in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may carry out any commercial or financial activity in line with its purpose. Furthermore, it may (as a treasury center) grant loans or other financing to its direct or indirect shareholders as well as to all other companies in the group and act as a guarantor, in any form, for the obligations of said companies and shareholders, notably through pledges, assignments, or transfers of assets as security or other guarantees of any nature, for a consideration or not.
