The purchase, sale, import, export, representation and trade at national and international level of products of all kinds and, in particular: jewelry, goldsmithing, silverware, watchmaking and accessories in general as well as precious and non-precious metals; the management on its own behalf and/or on behalf of third parties of trademarks and trade names and other intellectual property rights; the assumption and/or granting of agency and representation mandates; the activity of storage and custody of goods and more generally the management on its own behalf of warehouses, material deposits, direct sales outlets as well as the execution of goods transports on its own account or on behalf of third parties. The company will also carry out consulting and representation activities in the commercial field, with the power to grant guarantees and/or financing on behalf of third parties. It may finally acquire participations in other companies in its own name or in trust on behalf of third parties both in Switzerland and abroad, as well as carry out any commercial, marketing and/or financial activity aimed at promoting the purpose and development of the company.
