The trade in food products of all kinds, particularly in fresh, frozen and similar meat products, as well as the supply of materials for livestock and the food industry. The company may carry out operations and provide representation, consulting and commercial brokerage services in the same field. The company may acquire, sell, receive and grant the use of technologies, technical know-how, industrial patents, trademarks, licenses and industrial property rights. The company may acquire, encumber, manage, administer and sell real estate, as well as participate in companies and enterprises. However, real estate in Switzerland or participations in real estate companies and enterprises with real estate in Switzerland may only be acquired (without LAFE subordination procedure) on the condition that the properties are intended for the exercise of an economic activity in accordance with Art. 2 para. 2 lit. a) LAFE.
