The company may directly or indirectly acquire interests and participations in other companies or industrial, commercial, financial and service companies in Switzerland or abroad, in the sector related to the company's purpose, and open branches and subsidiaries in Switzerland and abroad in the sector related to the company's purpose. The company may also provide guarantees, sureties and any other guarantee, excluding banking and insurance activities.
