Allgemeine Baugenossenschaft Urdorf

The cooperative aims to provide, maintain and promote affordable and healthy housing for its members through mutual self-help and shared responsibility, thereby fostering the cooperative idea and the coexistence of different social groups and individuals in a spirit of social responsibility and mutual solidarity. To achieve this purpose, the cooperative seeks to: acquire building land, building rights and existing residential properties; construct single-family and multi-family homes, as well as houses with a small commercial component; maintain existing buildings in a purposeful and modern manner; promote cooperative activities in the colonies; and participate in construction projects of other building cooperatives or public authorities.
