The purpose of the association is to promote the circular economy in the Bern region and to support companies in exploiting the economic and ecological potential of the circular economy. To achieve the association's purpose, namely to promote the circular economy in the Bern region and support companies in doing so, the association is committed as follows: it raises awareness, among other things, through input presentations, articles and similar media appearances; it promotes knowledge building, among other things, through a website, an annual event (user forum) and further education offers; it is active, among other things, in implementation with consulting offers, networking activities and in-depth analyses in different branches. The association does not pursue commercial purposes and does not aim to make a profit. The association is politically and denominationally neutral.
