The company's purpose is to acquire, manage, hold, administer and dispose of direct or indirect participations in all commercial, financial, movable and immovable companies in Switzerland and abroad, in the sense of a holding company, excluding all activities prohibited by the LFAIE. In general, the company may carry out all commercial, financial, movable or immovable transactions, directly or indirectly related to its purpose, provided that these are not subject to the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners of December 16, 1983 (LFAIE). The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring and intercession measures for the benefit of shareholders, group companies or third parties, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to shareholders, group companies or third parties when it serves its interests.
