The purpose of the Company is to provide legal services to clients in Switzerland and abroad through lawyers registered in a Swiss or foreign lawyers' register and through qualified advisors, as well as the exercise of all mandates, in particular legal, commercial, administrative, intermediary, training, purchasing, sales, holding and/or management of all types of movable and immovable rights and assets, excluding real estate subject to authorization under the LFAIE. The purpose also includes the representation of clients in proceedings before courts, arbitrations and other authorities, as well as general advice. Furthermore, it may carry out any operation having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose. It may establish branches in Switzerland and abroad.
