The rational and coordinated management and operation of alpine pastures and summer grazing areas, mainly located in the municipality of Hérémence. The company may also acquire and manage participations, on its own behalf or on behalf of third parties, in commercial or industrial enterprises, located in Switzerland or abroad, by acquiring shares, bonds, or other securities, holding claims or taking any other suitable form, acquiring patents and trademarks; it may carry out all operations that are directly or indirectly related to its main purpose; the company may grant loans to its shareholders or third parties, guarantee loans subscribed by its shareholders or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment, and pledge its assets to secure any claim (cf. statutes for full purpose).
