The company's purpose is to carry out all real estate transactions, namely the purchase, sale, construction, rental, administration, management and development of all real estate, as well as providing all services in the field of real estate, except for operations prohibited by the Federal Law on the Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners, and to grant loans to its shareholder(s). It may establish branches in Switzerland or abroad, participate in other companies, acquire all properties or real estate companies within the scope of its activities, acquire or establish companies with an identical or similar purpose, and carry out all operations and conclude all contracts that are suitable for developing its purpose or are directly or indirectly related to it.
