The purpose of the company is to acquire, hold and manage participations in several companies or similar legal entities within the framework of financial investment projects in Switzerland and abroad. To this end, the company carries out directly or indirectly all artisanal, commercial and financial transactions that are directly or indirectly related to its corporate purpose or are suitable to promote its achievement. The company may directly or indirectly take an interest in all business or undertakings in the real estate sector and participate in them, in Switzerland or abroad, with the exception of actions prohibited by the Federal Act on Acquisition of Real Estate by Foreigners (BewG). It may establish branches, both in Switzerland and abroad.
