The company's purpose is: the organization, promotion and management of events, gatherings and themed automotive trips, including the grouping of vehicles for tourist, cultural and recreational rallies; the coordination of events focused on the celebration and education of automotive heritage; the design, development and operation of infrastructure related to these activities; participation in any company or society with a similar or related purpose. To this end, the company may undertake all commercial, financial and artisanal operations directly or indirectly related to its social purpose. It may create branches in Switzerland and abroad. It may grant loans or guarantees to its members and third parties, act as guarantor for loans subscribed by members or third parties, secure these loans by issuing or pledging mortgage securities or by subscribing to any other financial commitment.
