The Company's purpose is to promote combat sports, primarily boxing, through the organization of events and the management of professional and semi-professional athletes. The Company may engage in all related activities, including commercial, financial, and real estate activities (in Switzerland only for commercial properties and excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE), both in Switzerland and abroad. The Company may acquire interests in any commercial, industrial, or financial enterprises (in Switzerland only for commercial properties and excluding operations prohibited by the LFAIE) and establish branches in Switzerland and abroad. The company is authorized to take financing, restructuring, and intercession measures for the benefit of its associates, group companies, or third parties, as well as to grant loans or guarantees to associates, group companies, or third parties when it serves its interests.
