The company's purpose is the cleaning and maintenance of buildings, chalets and apartments. It may participate in all movable, immovable, financial or commercial operations directly or indirectly related to its purpose. It may open branches in Switzerland and abroad, carry out all activities directly or indirectly related to its purpose, take participations, found or finance companies having a direct or indirect connection with its purpose, excluding any operation subject to the LFAIE. It may acquire and hold real estate in Switzerland and abroad, provided that this is not contrary to the LFAIE. The company may grant to its direct or indirect associates, as well as to its direct or indirect subsidiaries, against remuneration or not, loans or other financing and provide, to cover the commitments of such other companies, securities of all kinds, including by way of pledge or fiduciary transfers of ownership of the company's assets or by way of guarantees of all kinds.
